How to make – Fruit Bubble teas

Take shaker & add 1-2 pumps of syrup

Add ice to the top of the shaker

Add brewed tea liquid to the top line of the shaker

Shake!

Add popping boba into cup

Pour over shaker contents on top

Add a lid, straw & serve!

Steps for Tapioca Pearls

Step 1

Measure 1kg of tapioca, pour into sieve and sieve out loose debris over bin.

Step 2

Heat 4 litres of water in a pan. Once boiling pour in the tapioca and stir regularly to prevent sticking. After 30mins, take some tapioca and place into cold water to check texture. If the texture still feels raw cook for further 5 mins.

Step 3

If cooked through place lid onto pan and leave to rest for 25mins (stir on regular basis)

Step 4

Take out tapioca and empty it into the colander over a sink.

Step 5

Rinse the tapioca under cold water until it’s cooled down and loose debris are removed through the colander.

Step 6

Pour tapioca into a pot and add 100ml of brown sugar syrup. The tapioca is ready to be served.

Steps for Jasmine Tea Leaves

Step 1

Pour 50g of tea leaves into a large pot

Step 2

Pour 5lt of water on top (75c)

Step 3

Close lid and brew for 10 minutes

Step 4

Place tea filter into tea thermos, and pour tea inside.
